Well, Love my 2001 Savage I bought with only 1400 miles on it. Runs great. Looked it over carefully this afternoon for the oil leak. Noticed oil drops on the battery case and then saw where it is on the cooling fin on the left side of the engine. Still learning from this forum what to look for as to where it is coming from. I have no mechanical experience. I do have a set of metric drivers. And I bought the bike without the 350 buck extended warrentee they offered as I thought it was too expensive.
Should I be pissed or just go with the flow?
Love the bike. Of course I have nothing to compare it too but my old Suzuki 100 that I got for my 12th birthday back in 1978.
